Executive Assistant

We are looking for an Executive Assistant to join our energetic and fast-paced team. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.  


The Executive Assistant works closely with the owner of the Company, assisting with a wide variety of responsibilities across multiple businesses that include hospitality, organic farming, and coffee. Job Responsibilities Include:

· Represent the owner and/or company in daily business operations. 

· Proactively manage and track key project and deadlines.

· Coordinate and provide direction to staff and independent contractors managing tasks, setting and meeting deadlines, anticipating issues and ensuring follow up.

· Provide administrative assistance to the owner including reporting, correspondence, travel arrangements, calendar management and filing.

· Assist with a variety of personal tasks on behalf of the owner including errands, shopping, and household management.

· Research and assist with special projects including community based and non-profit initiatives.

· Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials and exercise discretion when interfacing with the business.

· Coordinate payroll with outside payroll administrator.

· Other duties as requested.

Requirements

· College degree strongly preferred; 3-5 years previous experience in a similar capacity strongly preferred. 

· Bi-lingual and fluent in English/Spanish (oral and written) required.

· Reliable transportation to work in Rincón, PR

· Passion for food, farming or coffee a plus.
